Nowadays, more and more young people prefer to live as ants, packed tightly in small dormitory rooms with four or more roommates in the big city such as Beijing and Shanghai, Shenzhen in order to chasing the “China Dream, ” rather than being a big man in a small city and see their entire lives written out for them at a young age.

This tiny house looks like a white box. The inspiration from the designer’s life experience that he was lived in a small space during studying in Japan. The location of the tiny house is located in Beijing’s Xizhimen where houses are very expensive in this area.

I think this designer present that conception suitable for young graduates who live in precarious housing on the outskirts as they try to land their first job. It seems to be a new way live in big cities. But, this trend maybe cause young people mental illness under great pressure.
